Little Critters Pest Control is an online system that stores customer, staff and financial information about your company as provided or entered by that company. Little Critters Pest Control will store information that is entered by you, or automatically imported. The data entered, or imported, by you remains your property and Little Critters Pest Control will not use nor make available for use any of this information for any purpose other than delivering the service provided by Little Critters Pest Control, without your permission.

Data Access
The data entered, or imported, by you is stored securely in a database and is only accessible to people whom you have authorized access, and Little Critters Pest Control support staff for the purposes of delivering and supporting Little Critters Pest Control.

It is your responsibility to keep your password safe. Little Critters Pest Control staff, and Little Critters Pest Control’s partners do not have access to your password and will never ask for your password.

Data Retrieval
Provided you have met your obligations under the Little Critters Pest Control Terms of Use, you are able to access a full export of the data from the System in XML, PDF, and various image file formats. This information will be packaged into a single ZIP file for accessibility. You may only access this full export of your data once per 24-hour period.

At your request, Little Critters Pest Control can permanently delete your account data, including all historic backups which may be stored in various locations around the world. This request must be made in writing by the account owner.

Data Security
Little Critters Pest Control’s servers are secured by SSL Certificates issued by StartSSL, so all data transferred between users and Little Critters Pest Control is encrypted, including data transferred to iPhone® and iPad® devices.

Little Critters Pest Control stores your data in multiple locations around the world; including the United States, Australia, Ireland, Canada, Singapore and Tokyo. Little Critters Pest Control in Australia administers data access and service delivery. You consent to that data being transferred from your country to any of the above listed storage locations.

Credit Card Storage
If you choose to pay for Little Critters Pest Control by credit card, your credit card details are not stored by Little Critters Pest Control and cannot be accessed by Little Critters Pest Control staff. Little Critters Pest Control uses PayPal as our payment provider, which provides you with ?exible payment options around the world.

Your Browser and Cookies
Little Critters Pest Control utilises “cookies” and other technical measures that enable the correct functioning of Little Critters Pest Control. Little Critters Pest Control will not sell or otherwise provide your personal information to a third party, or make any other use of personal information about you for any purpose which is not necessary to the normal use of Little Critters Pest Control.

Email Communications
Little Critters Pest Control sends billing information, product information, newsletters and notifications to you via email.

Where appropriate email communication will contain instructions describing how you can opt to be removed from the mailing list.

System Monitoring and Usage
Little Critters Pest Control staff will never access your data stored in the Service, except where required to do so to assist with resolution of a system issue or error.

Little Critters Pest Control staff can access non-identifying and aggregated usage information and transaction volumes in order to better understand how our customers are using the Service so we can improve the system design and where appropriate have the system prompt users with suggestions on ways to improve their own use of the system. All aggregated usage information is stored in a secure database.

Little Critters Pest Control reserves the right to change this policy at any time and any amended policy is effective upon the posting on this website. Little Critters Pest Control will make every effort to communicate these changes to you via email or notification via the website.
